    Does MyAPM work on all the browsers?
    MyAPM works on all major browsers (Chrome, IE, Safari and Firefox).
    In IE, if your browser defaults to "Compatibitlity mode", the screen will not look as designed.
    Please check your browser settings by using the “Shift F12” Key and change your IE browser settings if needed.
    If you still feel there is an issue with your screen, please submit a 'help request' under Help under the category 'MyAPM IT Technical Support'.
    Can I register on myAPM using my personal email address?
    No, the registration does not accept personal email addresses, please use only your company email.
    If you must use a personal email, please contact the administrator by emailing myapm_approvers@apm.com.
    What do I do when I cannot find a product I am looking for?
    You can start by searching for the product in the search tab, if you can find it there but cannot browse for it,
    please submit a 'help request' below regarding 'MyAPM IT Technical Support' category. If you cannot find it via search,
    you may not have access to the product. To request access, please submit a 'help request' below as well using the category
    'Request Access to Product' category and include your your sales or marketing contact at APM in the field 'Point of Contact.
    What do subscriptions do?
    Subscriptions can be made to products to be alerted of new updates to documents.
    You do not need to be subscribe to a product just to have access to it.
    How can I contact Sales Rep for a product?
    You can submit a 'help request' below regarding 'Sales' category.
    How can I get access to a product I cant see?
    To request access, please submit a 'help request' below as well using the category
    'Request Access to Product' category and include your your sales or marketing contact at APM in the field 'Point of Contact.
    How can I change my email or personal information?
    You can change your personal information by selecting the profile link at the top right of the page.
    Please note that you cannot change your email address. You must re-register with your new email address
    to gain access using your new email.
